Heritage Herb Discovery
An educational garden walk and sensory workshop where guests touch living medicinal plants, understand the tri-dosha balance, and learn how to brew restorative daily tisanes at home.
The Story
Daniel · Architect & Heritage Enthusiast from Melbourne
Daniel was fascinated by indigenous Sri Lankan botanical architecture. Walking through our living herb sanctuary with a senior Ayurvedic botanist, he touched, smelled, and learned the living stories of sacred medicinal flora cultivated without artificial chemicals for generations.
Origin: Curated from the living pharmacopeias maintained around Sri Lanka’s ancient rock temples and monastic hospitals (Arogyashalas) of Anuradhapura.
